Nominations are open to everyone. You may nominate yourself, another person, or an organization. A nomination must be complete when submitted: a synopsis, a write-up addressing the category criteria, a profile, and the supporting documents for your category. If you are nominating someone else, it is your responsibility to obtain the required information and documents from the nominee before you begin.
The nominee is notified of every nomination by email and may decline consideration. Judges score evidence, not assertion — claims backed by documents, records, photos, or links carry far more weight than claims alone.

Evidence and submission
Checking your submission against this award's criteria…
This automated review takes up to a minute. It is advice only — you can add your evidence files below while it runs, and you may submit whether or not you act on it.
The automated review is unavailable right now. You can submit without it — judges will still see your full submission.
Add files one at a time or several at once — each selection is added to the list below, not replaced. Documents and images up to 25MB each (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, JPG, PNG); audio up to 50MB each; video up to 200MB each. Up to 400MB in total per nomination. Signed endorsements and a recent portrait (individuals) or logo (organizations) strengthen the entry.
Uploading video: large files take time on a slow connection. Please stay on this page until every file shows Uploaded.
