Review workflow: close judging while nominations come in, work through the full review below until no categories are flagged “Needs attention”, then open judging so judges score a clean list. Deleting a nomination also removes any scores, practice-group votes, and uploaded files attached to it.
Scores are provisional until every active judge has responded on every nominee in a category. Categories flagged Close call have a top-two margin small enough that the committee should confirm the outcome deliberately.
Observers can review nominations, results, and the full activity log, but cannot make any changes — intended for oversight of the screening stage.
A vote requires the exact registration number and email pair on file here. Paste one row per line as name, registration number, email.
Each activity log entry is sealed with a hash of the entry before it. Altering or deleting any past entry breaks the chain and is detected here. The auditor data export contains the raw per-judge, per-dimension scores needed to recompute every result independently.
Every role change, deactivation, deletion, email change, invite, roster edit, and judge score/COI submission, with who did it and when. Visible to committee admins only.
